Quota Beverage License Drawing Entry Form - Business Entry
Quota drawing entry forms are valid during the quota drawing entry period which begins on the third Monday in August and lasts for 45 days. The winner of the quota drawing earns the right to apply for an available quota license.

- Entry Form: DBPR ABT 6033 (available as either an online form via the Online Services button below or a fillable PDF form via the Printable Application button below).
- Entry Fee: $100 per entry form. The entry fee for this license drawing is non-refundable.
- Entry Limitation: An entrant, whether individual or business, may submit only one entry form per county. An entrant, therefore, may not be an entrant or interested person on more than one entry form in a single county, regardless of the type of entry submitted.
- Entry Submittal: Apply online via the Online Services button below, or alternatively, mail or hand deliver a printable application to: Department of Business and Professional Regulation, Attention: Quota Beverage License Drawing, 2601 Blair Stone Road, Tallahassee, Florida 32399-1019.
- Entry Deadline: The yearly quota drawing entry period will be open from the third Monday in August, and continue for a period of 45 days during any year in which one or more quota alcoholic beverage licenses is available. Entries submitted or received after this deadline will be refused or returned to the entrant.
