The City of Moscow Community Development operational group consists of the following divisions:
To provide excellent customer services that are responsive and sensitive to the needs of the public and to preserve and promote Moscow’s distinctive character and foster a well-balanced, high-quality living and working environment through long-range planning and code administration.
Community Development is responsible for current and long-range planning services, the administration of construction permitting and inspection within the City of Moscow, as well as the management of various special projects. Our office hours are 8am-5pm, Monday through Friday.
